Wonderful set of 4 vintage hollow stem crystal champagne coupes, etched design of the Japanese Windflower circling the bowl of the glass. Finest crystal, rings cleanly and is as light as a bubble.
They look sensational as well as having good design principles, the hollow stem ‘lifts’ the flow of the bubbles which otherwise are flattened in the wide cup of the coupe. The wider aperture allows room for the aromas to be more available than a thin mouth flute.
In excellent condition - no chips, cracks, clouding. Cup measures 9.5cm in diameter, approximately 12cm in height.
